Afghanistan record another World Cup upset, stun Pakistan by eight wickets

Afghanistan pulled off their second major shock of the ODI World Cup when they sent Pakistan crashing to an 8-wicket defeat. Chasing 283 to win, Afghanistan rode on the back of impressive innings from Zadran (87), Rahmat (77*), Gurbaz (65) and skipper Shahidi (48*) to reach their target with 6 balls to spare. Afghanistan, who stunned defending champions England earlier in the tournament, and Pakistan both now have two wins and three losses from their five group games.
