To arrest slide in form, Sindhu seeks Padukone’s help

PV Sindhu, the Olympic medallist, has sought the mentorship of badminton legend Prakash Padukone to improve her form ahead of the Hangzhou Asian Games. Sindhu trained at Padukone’s academy in Bengaluru for a week, spending 6-7 hours a day on high-intensity training. She also interacted with other players at the academy. The training stint is expected to end soon, and Sindhu will have an opportunity to test herself at the Hong Kong Open starting on September 12.
